Susan Lynch is a Life Coach & EFT (emotional freedom technique) practitioner. She’ll focus on techniques to eliminate negative thought patterns & relax the mind. The aim here is to balance emotional wellbeing. Susan works intuitively with her clients to clear the mental blocks that hold us back, enabling us to move forward and reach our full potential.
Caroline Gaskin has worked for many years with her clients in the area of immune health and enjoys the creative challenge of building practical support strategies for individuals and families to enhance wellbeing and empower us in our health choices. She is a homeopath and nutritional advisor.
