I am totally loving this new software for my affirmations. It is so easy to use, you simply put in your affirmations and then throughout the day, they pop up on your computer with an optional gong sound. I think it is so motivating and uplifting to have them appear in my thoughts, all day long,to keep my thoughts and beliefs on track. And they quite often, really make me smile and happy.
