Long Weekend Adventure

Well, the date has been set for the first Long Weekend Adventure. It will run from Friday 6th July to Monday 9th July- how exciting! The setting is the beautiful Andalucian Mountains to provide the  space for the life coaching workshops. The purpose of the Long Weekend adventure is to get you in touch with your purpose in life and by the time you leave you will have a clear vision of your future and the next steps you will want to take. It will be a powerful experience and will change your life forever and definitely be fun too. There will be inspirational coaching workshops on the Friday evening, on the Saturday and the Sunday. On the Monday you will have an opportunity to have a private coaching session. There will be two amazing coaches running the weekend, so plenty of 1 on 1 attention and the group will be kept small, with a max. of 12. We are going to work with the natural environment, incorporating walks by waterfalls, to connect with yourselves and what you truly want in your life- no limits! We believe that it is harmonious to incorporate some external work when doing internal worked. Our aim is that you leave the weekend feeling inspired about your life and the direction you want to take, with plans to make sure they get there… and we will hold you taking the necessary actions.  All outdoor activities will be lead by the energetic Matt from Adventure Bug (www.adventurebug.com). The price includes all coaching workshops, a personal coaching session, all outdoor activities, food, accommodation and transfers from  Malaga at £495.
